SERPTide Leads is a social media lead generation platform that monitors public Facebook groups and Reddit communities to identify potential leads using AI-powered intent scoring. The Service includes a web dashboard, browser extension, and automated monitoring tools.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platforms (including Facebook and Reddit)
• Engage in spam, harassment, or unsolicited messaging using data obtained through the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

The Service monitors publicly available content from social media platforms. You acknowledge that the data collected is from public sources and agree to use it in compliance with applicable data protection laws. You are solely responsible for how you use the lead data obtained through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SERPTide Leads and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SERPTide Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
